Terms of Service
•No recreation of my art
•no nsfw
•no sharing my art on socials without proper credit
•prices are non negotiable
•I have the right to decline an offer
• no refunds unless I haven’t started yet.
•please give me a ref sheet showing both sides of your character, the inside of its mouth, and a color pallet. More complex is ok of course
• all prices are in USD
• you will have to pay for shipping
• as soon as I ship it out I can no longer be held responsible for the care or condition of the felting doll, although I will ship it with priority shipping (which includes insurance and tracking)
• all items will be shipped with insurance through the carrier
• payment will be paid half up front, half prior to shipping
• the second payment will be paid with shipping
• I will send WIP’s whenever you ask so you can make the doll just right for you
• If the commission is canceled then the felting doll remains my property and I retain all rights to ownership in the concept, design and doll itself including the right to complete, exhibit and sell the doll.
•deposits are non refundable after work has begun
• I will wat 72 hours after ordered to begin working so you have time to change your mind
• payments will be maid through Venmo
• I have the right to use any products to promote myself on any of my social medias
